1. When will my order ship?
After your order confirming , we will arrange to ship your order in two or three聽workdays and inform you the tracking number and tracking site by email in two days .
2. Why didn't my order go through?
There are 4 main reasons why an order doesn't go through:
Billing address entered incorrectly. Be sure that the billing address entered on the fields in checkout match your IP address where your credit card statements arrive (or bank statements if using a debit card). Also, be sure to check that the billing and shipping addresses, if different, aren't reversed in checkout. Be aware also that there is a button to click to indicate separate billing and shipping addresses.
3. How can I track my order?

4. Will I receive confirmation when my order ships?
Yes. You will receive our email in two days about the shipping information .
5. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
The stocked items will be sent next day . The items which was not in stock will be prepared in 2 -3 workdays . We select EMS to ship your order , it normally will take 5 to 6 workdays arrive USA , take 6 to 8 workdays arrive U.K and Germany.
